I feel like a TOTAL dumbass. I figured I’d go and clean up a lot of old files that I wasn’t using on Lucid-Star and I logged into the wrong ftp and deleted my flinx files. So yeah, like 500 fanlistings, down the drain. I’m going to have to put all of them back up. I could kick myself in the face. Seriously.

Anyway, Lucid-Star was revamped a bit. I haven’t forgotten about it. Pop over and let me know what you think of it.

Lucid-Star

I am SO pissed at myself.

I just punched a hole in my wall!

I ♥ this show. A clip from my favorite It’s Always Sunny In Philidelphia episode, “Hundred Dollar Baby”.

Was fucking awesome. It’s the first time I’ve seen them live, but it was so badass. If you don’t know who I’m talking about pop over to their myspace and listen to them.

We usually wait a bit before we head down to shows, don’t like seeing the opening bands, because, well, they usually suck. However, last night, we went down late and it was still way too early. The show started late so when we got there the first band was still on. Jesus, they sucked. So bad. The second band could have been alright, if they weren’t fronted by some stupid elf-y looking man who only made things worse when he spoke.

But god, when Nothingface finally came on. It was awesome. I love going to shows but usually don’t have money enough to get there. And I definitely haven’t had enough money since the later years of highschool til now to really get to any. So basically, I really haven’t seen many of the bands I’m into now. My music taste has drastically changed. So, like I said, I really haven’t been to many metal shows. And I usally try to stay pretty far from the pit because I’m small. And I have no desire to get punched in the face. The pit last night though was fucking HUGE. We were near the back of the theater and we were still on the edge of the pit. The thing took up like half the room. And I am seriously amazed at how quickly the guys pulled some of the people who fell up. They practically threw them back into a standing position. Being on the edge of it wasn’t that bad though, we only got run into a few times. And since I was standing behind Jason and right next to Mike I really didn’t get knocked into too much. They pretty much kept everyone from knocking into Sara and me.

I’m still giddy, it was awesome.
