Okay, Story from work. Woman who I will be mentioning: Comes in all the time, is ALWAYS trying to get some kind of coupon scam over on us. Usually for the $25 free gift cards we give for a new or transfer perscription (You’re only allowed one.).

So anyway, tonight I learned that she apparently tried a different coupon scam this time. Involving extra bucks. Well, on the bottom of our perscriptions is has the usual ad or coupon, ours always say about how you can earn $1 extra buck with every two perscriptions that you have a copay on.

Awesome, yeah?

So anyway, she evidently came in the other day when I was off and had brought a few of the front of the perscriptions back (the part where it talks about extra bucks). She then presented them to Brad and demanded her extra bucks. Oh, did I forget to mention that she FORGED MY FUCKING NAME on them and said that I told her that they were extra bucks. Well, Brad called over Amy who was like “that’s not Ashley’s signature.” She was like “Yes it is, she signed it.” and of course Amy (I LOVE my boss!!) was like “NO. It’s not. Ashley’s signature is WAY different than that, not to mention you spelled her name right. She never does.” (I don’t as a matter of fact, on purpose.) Anyway, yada yada yada, insert costumer BS.

But dude, I am SO fucking pissed. I wish we would have gotten her on camera, because I would SO be pressing charges if we had. Seriously, WTF is that shit?

Dude, what kind of idiot goes through that much trouble for ONE DOLLAR?! That’s so stupid. It’s good that your boss knows you (and your signature) well enough to disprove the crazy lady. I used to work at the one-hour photo booth at a drugstore (my sister actually just started working there last week), and it wasn’t until then that I realized how much I hate working in retail and customer service. So now, whenever I’m at a store and a customer gets snotty with a cashier about something ridiculous, I’ll always say something “under my breath” so they realize how stupid they are. Okay, this comment is almost as long as your blog entry, so I’m going to shut up now. :)

You ask wtf is that?

I respond: Just another day at work, with our lovely, intelligent customers.

WTF is right… It amazes me how sad people can be when it comes to scamming people. We had a customer come in to our shop once and steal a calculator and a pen…… We sell flowers. And he stole a calculator. What the HELL is the reasoning behind that?! People are just… sad. Very, very sad.

I’m still trying to get that she forged your name. That’s just so wrong on so many different levels.

After working in retail, I learned “the customer is always right”. In this case, i’d have to disagree with that. Some people are jerks, and she just proved it. Not only did she try to pull something over, but she did it poorly. lol. What an idiot.

It was nice to see you the other day.
True story.

The boys took me to Renaissance Games on Thursday, but you weren’t at CVS. But a girlie night is much needed. Once Kristen comes home or we find time to go up there, I’ll give you a call.

Too bad your boss didn’t call the cops on the lady for forging your signature…. The lady needs to get in trouble.
