Still Hiatus-y

I still don’t have a new moniter. I’m on my little brother’s computer right now. Which honestly, is complete and utter shit. I want to snag his moniter until I get a new one, but I know he’ll throw a fit if I do. (Even though he’s only here every other weekend…)
I had a pretty rad Christmas though; I got almost everything I asked for. Which would include: new DVD/VCR player, FFXII, The Sims 2: Pets, Silent Hill, The Hills Have Eyes, Tales From The Crypt (Seasons 1 AND 2), and a TON of new clothes. Which needless to say, made me a pretty happy girl.
I’m also enrolling in college tomorrow. I was down there today, but evidently I need to take my placement tests again for some ungodly reason. Since I didn’t have time to take them today, I’m getting up early tomorrow to do it. Once I do that, I can register my classes and then I’ll be a college student again. I’ll have a purpose! I’ve also changed my major to Nursing. After talking to my cousin Jen about it for awhile I think it might be a good occupation for me. I like helping people, and bodily fluids don’t bother me all that much.
As for New Year’s resolutions… I really don’t make any. I do have plans for myself this year though and I’m seriously planning on sticking to them.
- College: B’s or better.
- Lose 20lbs
- Quit smoking (I don’t really know about this one, but I’d like to so I have more money, and yes, that is really the only reason.)
- Get myself fixed up money wise.
That’s it for the New Years BS. They don’t seem like the’ll be that hard. College I just need to work my butt off, but I know that I’m finally ready for it and ready to make something of myself, so I’ll have the motovation for that. Losing weight… well, that could be hard. I gain weight very VERY easily and have a VERY hard time losing it. I blame genetics, and really, I can. It’s some really long thing that runs in the family. I’m not really overweight, but enough that I feel slightly uncomfortable in girly clothes.

Born as Ashley on October 8th, 1986 making her 21. Born and raised in Baltimore but now living in the country. Spends most of her time with her boyfriend Mike doing random, crazy, silly things. Loves music, going to concerts, and spinning in circles when she thinks no one is looking. Is currently in college studying for Nursing, but is thinking about changing her major to graphic design.
