Yeah, I know. I’ve become terrible at updating. I’ve been busy though, really busy. School and work take up all my time. When I’m done with those I’m damn near exhausted.

Last weekend I helped Mike move stuff down to his storage space. This weekend I work. Next weekend god only knows what. Blech. I need a vacation. Mike and I have been talking about going away for our anniversary though. I think we’re just going to go camping, but either way, I love camping and it’s away from life for a few days. God knows I need it.

I had to do my speech for my class the other day. Man… I am so not looking forward to doing two more speeches. I got so nervous. I seriously contemplated running away and leaving school before class started. lol I didn’t though and I did my speech. It didn’t turn out too bad, I suppose. I know I talked about a million miles a minute. I ended up falling twenty seconds short of my targeted time because of it, but on the other hand, when I tried to talk slow my eyes just completely unfocused because of my nervousness and I couldn’t read my notes. My professor said it was okay that I only hit 5:10 instead of 5:30 though because it was the first speech. So next time I suppose I’ll just have to include a ton of content to make up for my speaking quickly. Or maybe my nervousness will go away. Who knows?

Not much else to talk about. I’ve been talking to Elyse on the phone several times this week. It’s been awesome. We seriously talk for like three hours at a time. No small feat considering I don’t really like talking to people on the phone as a general rule. It’s cool though, because we talk about the most random shit and we’re so alike. It’s pretty fucking awesome.

Anyhow, I have to get my emissions done and have lunch with Mike. So off I am.

I’ve been really busy with going to school and work, too. It really does take up all of your time. I’ve barely made attempts to contacting the outside world, though. I usually just go home and sleep. :/

Ugh, being so busy sucks. It sounds like you’re just about busy enough to not be able to find time to think! Hopefully it’ll all slow down a bit for you soon. Getting away would be great, I think, especially if it’s something you enjoy like camping :) I hope you get to go! Hmm… maybe add more content next time and I’d say as time goes on it’ll get easier and the nervousness will go away. Good luck with that too hon!

Aww don’t run away. LOL, when you come back it’ll make things a lot worse. I hate speaking in front of people and I totally feel your pain on that one. Good luck with it though and just make the best of it.

I love talking on the phone for hours. Like you said, its pretty fuckin awesome HAHA :P

Speeches were actually something I was always good at. Which seems strange considering that I’m fairly shy as a general rule. But theres something about getting up there and knowing what your talking about thats always helped me get past that.

And ya know.. you are way lucky to have found someone you can have good phone conversations with. Most of the people I talk to online don’t like talking on the phone.. even though I love it.

lol, that’s pretty funny you thought about running away. I am horrible at speeches. I shake, stutter and my temperature reaches about 123 degrees! Do I miss public speaking class? Hm, yea…no!

Holy Poo - it’s been ages since I was last here! Of course, it doesn’t appear that you’ve missed me at all. *sniff* But I digress…

I understand that you’ve been super busy. School is enough to keep anyone super busy. I’m glad that you’re finding time to update the site anyway. Yay! *lol*

UGH - public speaking is definitely not something I enjoy doing. I think it takes a certain type of person to both enjoy and be good at speaking in public. I may be an outgoing kinda gal, but I’d rather do just about anything else other than speaking in front of a group of people. Eh. I’m happy that you felt you did well even though you were super nervous. Yay! ^^

I know what you mean, I hate doing presentations, always get REALLY nervous but after I’m up there for a while, I get more comfortable. Glad it went pretty well for you.

I get bad at not updating too. Dont worry. I also want to apologize for not commenting. I’m so lazy!
