Katie is my best friend in the whole world. Seriously, I love this girl so much. We’ve been friends since I was about two years old. It’s harder to keep in touch since I moved to where I am now, but we still manage. We don’t see each other as often as we like, but I can always call her and she’d be there at the drop of a hat. Not to mention that she’s been through everything with me. Everything. Thick and thin. I have been so blessed to find a friend like her in life. I’d do anything for this girl… ANYTHING. She’s more like a sister to me then anything. Love her.

Jason (22)

Jason is Mike’s best friend and one of mine as well. He’s got this horribly weird mix of personality traits that make him.. well, unique and lovable. He moved up here near the beginning of our freshman year, but we didn’t really start hanging out until almost the summer before our sophomore year. I remember the first time we actually hung out, we ended up walking two miles to go to J & T Snowball stand. (omg, best snowballs, not snow cones, snowballs. It’s a Maryland thing.) Ever since then he’s been part of the group and we’ve all been close as can be. He’s one of the few people I know I could call if I ever needed help, and that’s truly saying something.

Amy (28)

Amy is techincally my boss, though she doesn’t often have to act like it. Our store is close like a family and that’s how our relationship has developed. She’s like my big sister. Which is awesome, being both of my actual sisters live halfway across the country. Seriously though, I love the girl. She is one of my best friends. I can talk to her about pretty much everything. Which is saying a lot, I don’t trust many people enough to talk to them about my problems. All in all, she’s awesome. And her son, Logan, is just too adorable for his own good.

Jen (22)

Jen is my cousin, one of the few that I’m actually really close to. She was born on Christmas morning, on the couch. I always think that’s an amusing story. Anyway! Jen’s only a year older than me, but she’s accomplished so much. She’s already been a nurse for about a year and is only a few years away from her master’s degree. I really look up to her, though I’m not sure that she knows that. lol Honestly though, she’s awesome. I can talk to her about anything, she’s like a sister to me.

Leasa (30)

Leasa is my older sister who lives in Arizona. She’s cool as shit. Love her to death. Seriously, I think she’s had a lot more influence on my personality then she knows. She’s the type of girl you do NOT want to fuck with. When I was younger she taught me to always stand up for myself and not let anyone push me around. I really think that has a lot to do with why I absolutely cannot tolerate any kind of bullshit. She doesn’t either, we’re so much alike personality wise. But getting down to the point, if you know the kind of person I am, you know the kind of person she is. We’re both loyal to a fault, but if you fuck with us, you better watch out.

Angee (31)

Angee is my other older sister who also lives in Arizona. She’s awesome and I love her to death too. Angee has always been the more girly of my sisters. She always used to dress me up and put make-up on me. I was her life sized doll. lol Ange is awesome though. She’s really easy to talk to and gives good advice. Lease, Her, and I always have a ton of fun together. It’s better now that I’m older and can actually go do fun stuff, but we’ve always had fun together.

Karl (18)

This is my brother Karl, he’s pretty cool. We get along much better now than we used to when we were younger. We used to be completely different, but he’s hitting that age now where he’s getting into cool things and not being a loser. Did I mention that he is incredibly good at guitar? A natural. Actually, that’s him soloing behind his head in that picture there. I think he gets it from our dad. All in all though, he’s awesome and my family and I love him to death and would do anything for him.

Ray (11)

This is my little brother. He’s nine, and sometimes gets really annoying. He’s such a cute kid most of the time though. I love him to pieces. He totally looks up to Karl and Mike like gods. He’s forever following the two of them around. However, he’s got wayyyyyyyy too much energy for me to compete with. And I think in about 3 years he’ll be taller than me, damn those little boys! Growing as fast as they do. lol Actually, it will probably be a few more years than three. He’s getting there though!

Mom

What do I say about her except… she’s doing the mom thing. You know, being mom-like. Her and I get into fights sometimes, but it’s only because we’re both stubborn as hell and have to have the last word in. Gee, I wonder where I get that from? No, really though, She’s pretty awesome for a mom. I wouldn’t trade her for anything. We’ve actually gotten a lot closer the past few years. I’ve learned that I probably should listen to her advice, even if I think it’s not what I should do. I’ve also admitted to myself that she knows more than I do. O_o I love my mom more than anything though. <3

Stan

He’s my stepdad. We get along extremely well, he’s very awesome. He doesn’t ever yell at me though, which is a weird thing for a parent to do? He talks to me like I’m a human being, which totally rocks my socks. He reminds me a lot of my Dad that died. I’m really happy that him and my mother married. They make each other happy and I love him and it’s just nice having a “complete” family again. Whoa, run on sentance.
