These are the people in my daily life, you’ve seen the names, you’ve heard me talk about them, here’s the faces to go along with them. As well as some links as to where else you can find them on the net.

Mike (25)

Mike is my boyfriend. We’ve been together since April 20, 2003. He’s seriously so amazing it’s not even funny. We compliment each other so well it’s awesome. My weaknesses are his strengths and my strengths are his weaknesses. It ends up working pretty damn well I’d say. I suppose it helps that we have pretty much the same interests. I also know that this boy has my back if zombies ever attack. Which is good. Cuz I’d hate to have to leave him behind. But seriously, we’ve been best friends for almost ten years now and it really didn’t surprise many people when we finally did get together.

Dee (19)

Dee is one of my newest friends, but that hasn’t stopped her from becoming one of my best ones. She’s like my little sister, I feel like I gotta keep an eye on her and make sure she doesn’t make the same dumb mistakes I did. lol We actually met through work, she started working at my old store as a cashier and we started to get tight that way. We started hanging out outside of work and I suppose you could say that the rest is history. She’s pretty much just like me personality wise save a few exceptions. That said, you know she’s awesome.

Katie (24)

Katie is my best friend in the whole world. Seriously, I love this girl so much. We’ve been friends since I was about two years old. It’s harder to keep in touch since I moved to where I am now, but we still manage. We don’t see each other as often as we like, but I can always call her and she’d be there at the drop of a hat. Not to mention that she’s been through everything with me. Everything. Thick and thin. I have been so blessed to find a friend like her in life. I’d do anything for this girl… ANYTHING. She’s more like a sister to me then anything. Love her.

Jason (23)

Jason is Mike’s best friend and one of mine as well. He’s got this horribly weird mix of personality traits that make him.. well, unique and lovable. He moved up here near the beginning of our freshman year, but we didn’t really start hanging out until almost the summer before our sophomore year. I remember the first time we actually hung out, we ended up walking two miles to go to J & T Snowball stand. (omg, best snowballs, not snow cones, snowballs. It’s a Maryland thing.) Ever since then he’s been part of the group and we’ve all been close as can be. He’s one of the few people I know I could call if I ever needed help, and that’s truly saying something.

Amy (29)

Amy was techincally my boss, though she didn’t often have to act like it. Our store was close like a family and that’s how our relationship developed. She’s like my big sister. Which is awesome, being both of my actual sisters live halfway across the country. Seriously though, I love the girl. She is one of my best friends. I can talk to her about pretty much everything. Which is saying a lot, I don’t trust many people enough to talk to them about my problems. All in all, she’s awesome. And her son, Logan, is just too adorable for his own good. Her and Dee are my girl posse ;)

Jen (24)

Jen is my cousin that lives in Virginia. We’ve always been close even since we were children. She’s like a sister to me, but I’m close with all my family. She’s pretty awesome though and I have to say that I really look up to her. She’s only a year older then me, but she’s accomplished so much at such a young age. She’s already got her nursing degree and is almost done getting her masters. I’m really proud of her. I really wish that her, Candice, and Brad all lived in Maryland still so that I could see them as much as I used to. They’re some of the few people I would love to hang out with on a regular and it sucks they’re so far.

Leasa (32)

Leasa is my older sister who lives in Arizona. She’s cool as shit. Love her to death. Seriously, I think she’s had a lot more influence on my personality then she knows. She’s the type of girl you do NOT want to fuck with. When I was younger she taught me to always stand up for myself and not let anyone push me around. I really think that has a lot to do with why I absolutely cannot tolerate any kind of bullshit. She doesn’t either, we’re so much alike personality wise. But getting down to the point, if you know the kind of person I am, you know the kind of person she is. We’re both loyal to a fault, but if you fuck with us, you better watch out.

Angee (33)

Angee is my other older sister who also lives in Arizona. She’s awesome and I love her to death too. Angee has always been the more girly of my sisters. She always used to dress me up and put make-up on me. I was her life sized doll. lol Ange is awesome though. She’s really easy to talk to and gives good advice. I think it’s really awesome how close I’ve become with both her and Leasa as I grew up simply because I always looked up to both of them and thought they were so awesome. It’s really great now that we can all hang out and actually do stuff (Like get shitfaced!). Sisters = awesome.

Karl (19)

This is my brother Karl, he’s pretty cool. We get along much better now than we used to when we were younger. We used to be completely different, but he’s hitting that age now where he’s getting into cool things and not being a loser. Did I mention that he is incredibly good at guitar? A natural. Actually, that’s him soloing behind his head in that picture there. I think he gets it from our dad. All in all though, he’s awesome and my family and I love him to death and would do anything for him.

Ray (12)

Ah, my other little brother, Ray. He’s… well he’s pretty much a constant ball of energy. He’s pretty freaking awesome though. He likes cool video games and we definitely like to play them together (Super plus!). He’s growing like a freaking weed though! He’s eleven years younger then me and pretty much bigger then me at this point. I really can’t wait til he gets a little bit older and we can actually start hanging out and doing some more of the same stuff. I really hope that him and I get closer like me and my sisters did as I got older.

Mom

What do I say about her except… she’s doing the mom thing. You know, being mom-like. Her and I get into fights sometimes, but it’s only because we’re both stubborn as hell and have to have the last word in. Gee, I wonder where I get that from? No, really though, She’s pretty awesome for a mom. I wouldn’t trade her for anything. We’ve actually gotten a lot closer the past few years. I’ve learned that I probably should listen to her advice, even if I think it’s not what I should do. I’ve also admitted to myself that she knows more than I do. O_o I love my mom more than anything though. ♥

Stan

Stan is my step-dad. He’s really amazing and I love him to death. When him and my mother started dating he never jumped right in and tried to take the place of my father like some of my mother’s other boyfriends. He treated Karl and myself like actual humans and really worked on developing relationships with the both of us. I know he likes to step back and let my mother make all the major decisions, but Karl and I both value his opinion equal with our Mother’s. He’s really an amazing person and I’m really glad that him and my mother married.
