Our History

I’ll start out by saying that Mike and I have a long history together. He moved to Fallston in 1999, where I promptly decided that he was “cute” and stalked him. See also, rollerblading in front of a potential guys house works sometimes! Actually no, that really didn’t work, but Mike and I became best friends about a year after he moved up here. So that would have made me 13 or so and him about 15. (Damn, ten years goes by quick…) But throughout those ten years we’ve been inseparable, even when we were just friends. I’ve seen him almost every single day since then. Literally. A lot of events have brought us to where we are today and I don’t think we’d be the couple we are if we hadn’t of gone through a lot of the stuff as friends. We’ve been there through everything for each other. The thick, the thin, the good and the bad. But we got together one night at a party when I got entirely too drunk and told him I was in love with him. I hadn’t actually realized I was until that night. It’s crazy how some things are so obvious but you don’t notice them until they smack you in the face. Mike and I became official on April 20, 2003 and we’ve been together since then. We have our hard times, but the good ones outweigh them significantly. I love him more than anything and couldn’t ask for a better boyfriend. ♥
